WWDOAK.COM has a fully functional ordering system which is both convenient and completely secure.

There's no cumbersome sign in process and we offer several payment options.
You can review your order form before you submit or you can print a copy for future reference without submitting.
To calculate your exact shipping charge and tax before submitting an order, just enter your postal code and your final cost is immediately shown. No surprises!

Email Orders

Send your email to jerry@wwdoak.com and tell us what you need. Please specify item number, quantity, size and description and we can prepare an invoice and send it for your approval before you complete your credit card details. For extra security, we recommend that you not include your card number by email.

Phone Orders

Give us a call at (506) 365-7828. Jerry, Bruce or Matthew will be happy to take an order during our regular business hours. We think that product knowledge and personal service are far too scarce these days, and we are more than ready to discuss any questions you may have by phone. Nobody here will try to sell you something you don't need and you will not be pressured in any way. If you call after hours and leave your number and convenient time when you can be reached, we will give you a call when we return to the office.

C. O. D. Orders

These are available in Canada only, with a minimum order value of $50.00 before taxes. Please note that all C. O. D. shipments carry an additional $7.25 postal fee. Future orders will not be shipped to anyone who refuses a COD parcel.

Credit Card Payments

We accept Visa and Mastercard through our secure online ordering service as well as for phone orders. For email orders, please do not include your card number with your order. If you have ordered from us recently and want to use the same card again, just tell us to refer to your previous order for the card details, or click here to submit it securely through our encrypted server.

Interac Email Money Transfers

We are happy to accept these. Its a fast and efficient way to send money through your on-line banking service. Just let us know its coming and the rest is simple. No security question or password is required f you use the email address wwdoak@nbnet.nb.ca

Postage Costs

The best way to calculate your exact postage charge is through our shopping cart feature on our website.

Expedited shipping is free on all Canadian orders over $500.00, except CODs and orders shipped to air stage addresses.

Availability

We make a special effort to ensure that when we are out of something, it is removed from the website. This explains why you may see some items with certain sizes or colours offered and others not listed. As they are replaced, they are listed once again.

Most items shown on our website are in stock and ready for immediate shipping. A few items are not inventoried but are normally available within 7-10 days. We have a great relationship with our key suppliers and as long as they have it, we can get it.

Back Orders

If something is not available but is currently expected to arrive within a reasonable time frame, we will occasionally place the item on back order. You will be notified by email for your permission before this happens. We do not charge for shipping on back ordered items and your credit card is not charged until the order ready for us to ship.

Sales Tax

Sales tax rates vary across Canada. In cases where the billing address and shipping address are different, tax rates are calculated based upon the shipping address of the recipient. Sales tax does not apply to US or international orders.

5% GST Alberta, BC, Manitoba, Northwest Territories, Nunavut, Quebec, Saskatchewan, Yukon

13% HST Ontario

15% HST New Brunswick, Newfoundland, Nova Scotia, P. E. I.

Prices

The current price shown on WWDOAK.COM when an order is placed is binding. We update the website regularly to ensure its accuracy so you can be confident that what you see is what you pay. We strive for fairness and consistency in our pricing, service and selection. We do not offer any additional quantity discounts or promotional price reductions. Our "in store" prices are always exactly the same as our Canadian website prices.

Cross Border Shopping

We make every effort to ensure that our Canadian prices are comparable to the US retail on most items we sell, once you adjust for current exchange rates. However, excessive duty charges of 18% on imported clothing and footwear make this more of a challenge.

If you are a Canadian who maintains a US address, you might prefer to have some items shipped to you in the US. This can be useful if you have a traveller's tax exemption when returning to Canada. Just click the flag icon to select this option or enter your zip code on your shopping cart to compare prices. All orders shipped to the US are billed in US dollars through PayPal.

Special Orders

We can usually get anything currently offered from most companies we deal with, often within 7 - 10 days. We are happy to handle special orders from any of our reliable suppliers except from those companies who require significant advance notice or large minimum orders. Special order items must be greater than $100.00 in value and we require a non refundable deposit of 50% by either credit card or money order before placing the order. Please call or fax for specific details and prices on items not listed. Time sensitive special orders cannot be considered as delivery to us is often unpredictable.

Returns

We're confident you'll be happy with the quality of our products, but if something doesn't suit, please return it unused and in its original packaging within seven days for exchange or store credit. Used or defective products may not be returned for credit or refund without notification, as most warranty claims are handled by the manufacturers.
